1. General
These Terms govern the use of services provided by Local TS, located at Mayfield Cl, Sydenham, Leamington Spa, CV31 1RE. By booking with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

 
2. Services
We provide private hire and transport services. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline a booking at our discretion.

 
3. Bookings
Bookings can be made via telephone, email, or online (if available).
You are responsible for providing accurate information (pick-up times, addresses, passenger details).
Changes to bookings must be communicated in advance.
 
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking may be refunded in full.
Cancellations made within 24 hours may be subject to a charge.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in the full fare being charged.
 
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are agreed at the time of booking.
Payment may be made in advance or on completion of the journey.
We accept cash, card, or other methods as agreed.
 
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must be ready at the agreed pick-up time.
Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
No smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted in the vehicle.
Damage to the vehicle caused by passengers may be charged to the passenger.
 
7. Our Responsibilities
We will use reasonable efforts to provide timely, safe, and reliable transport services.
We are not liable for delays beyond our control (e.g., traffic, weather, road closures).
Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the booking.
 
8. Limitation of Liability
We will not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses.
Missed flights, trains, or events due to circumstances beyond our control.
Loss of personal belongings.
 
9. Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days of your journey at bookings@localts.co.uk or 01926 809099.

 
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
